Introduction
This five-day course teaches how to recognize, adapt, and coach different leadership styles. You will use assessment, role play, and real workplace scenarios. The focus is practical change: clearer direction, better team alignment, and steadier performance through applied coaching. Sessions emphasize tools you can use the day after the course.
Objectives
2. Read situational cues and select the appropriate leadership approach for a team or task.
3. Lead coaching conversations that improve performance and development, using at least three proven techniques.
4. Create a 90-day personal leadership development plan with specific actions and success measures.
5. Coach a direct report through a performance or change conversation and gather feedback to evaluate impact.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
